These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, services, and arrangements made with RRMamuya Expedition (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By confirming a booking, paying a deposit, or participating in any tour, safari, trek, or related service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form or written confirmation (email or message) and the required deposit.
The Company reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
All bookings are subject to availability of accommodations, park permits, vehicles, and guides.
A deposit (typically 30–50%, unless otherwise stated) is required to confirm your booking.
The balance payment must be settled before the start of the tour, safari, or trek, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods.
Any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise.
Inclusions and exclusions are clearly outlined in your itinerary or proposal.
The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to factors beyond our control, including government taxes, park fee changes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations.
Cancellation charges apply from the date written notice is received:
60 days or more before departure: deposit may be retained
30–59 days before departure: up to 50% of total cost
15–29 days before departure: up to 75% of total cost
14 days or less before departure or no-show: 100% of total cost
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting non-recoverable costs.
Any changes requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and additional costs.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, safety concerns, force majeure, or insufficient participation.
In such cases, suitable alternatives will be offered or refunds provided for unused services, excluding non-recoverable expenses.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients.
Insurance should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, delays, loss of baggage, and adventure activities.
The Company is not responsible for any losses or costs arising from inadequate insurance coverage.
Clients must ensure they are physically and mentally fit for their chosen activity, especially for Kilimanjaro treks and adventure safaris.
Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking.
The Company reserves the right to deny participation if a client’s condition poses a risk to themselves or others.
Safaris, trekking, and adventure travel involve inherent risks.
By participating, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.
The Company, its staff, and partners shall not be held liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience beyond our reasonable control.
The Company may substitute vehicles, accommodations, or guides with equal or better alternatives when necessary.
Itineraries may change due to weather, road conditions, wildlife movement, or park regulations.
Such changes do not entitle clients to refunds.
Clients must comply with all national park regulations and Tanzanian laws.
Any fines, penalties, or consequences resulting from non-compliance are the responsibility of the client.
The Company may use photographs or videos taken during tours for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Any complaints must be communicated to the guide or Company representative immediately so that they can be addressed on-site.
Claims made after the completion of the tour may not be accepted.
The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or government restrictions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
Any disputes shall be subject to Tanzanian jurisdiction.
By confirming a booking and participating in any service offered by RRMamuya Expedition, you confirm acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
